We’re excited to be planning Watertown’s 2026 Rails to Trails Community Festival, taking place Friday, July 24 and Saturday, July 25!

 

If you are interested in being a vendor this year, please complete and return the attached application as soon as possible. If you’re unable to join us this year, we’d appreciate a quick note so we can plan accordingly. As the festival continues to grow, we’re expanding our vendor lineup to bring even more variety and options for attendees.

As part of this growth, we want to share an important update for 2026:
We will no longer be limiting food vendors based on duplicate menu items. This change allows us to welcome additional vendors and enhance the overall festival experience, while continuing to create a vibrant, well-attended event that benefits everyone involved.

 

Vendor Participation Details for 2026:
• Vendors will be charged a 10% festival overhead fee on gross sales
• All vendors are required to participate during full festival hours on both Friday and Saturday
• Applications are due by June 1, 2026
• Vendors will be notified of their application status within 10 business days of submission

• If you’re interested in being a vendor this year, please complete and return the attached application as soon as possible
• Completed applications may be returned via email or submitted through our website
• Vendors may be asked to provide applicable licenses and certificates, which can be uploaded online or provided via email
• You will receive confirmation once your application has been received

We remain committed to promoting all vendors, encouraging a diverse and high-quality selection, and continuing to grow an event that supports our local businesses and community.
